I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I asked for a few soft, warm face-framing highlights, but instead I received bright, icy blond streaks that were nothing like what I requested. My natural color was also lost because highlights were placed all over my head, even though I never asked for that. The final price ended up being 2.5 times higher than the original quote, without my consent.
