Ultra badd customer service. I went there to buy a Honda for 20 rancher they gave me such a hard time because I was dressed in pajamas refuse to actually see if I was approved for lending. Well the best thing I ever did was to just leave and go down to freedom cycle in Concord. Not only did they have the quad I wanted but they could get it a week and a 1/2 sooner than HK.
