The medical center has this sign up stating people with appointments will be seen first, i made an appointment and was seen 1.5 hours after the appointment time was supposed to have started. This is absolutely ridiculous, i came here early out of respect for the doctors time yet my time wasn’t respected and i sat here waiting alot longer than i should have been.
Extreme medical incompetence and unprofessional behavior made my visit to this clinic an appalling experience. Doctor Priya the indian lady was exceptionally rude, lacked basic medical knowledge also she was on her personal phone talking in her language, and displayed a complete absence of professionalism. Her bedside manner was entirely improper, leaving me feeling deeply uncomfortable throughout the consultation. I strongly advise others to avoid this facility and seek care elsewhere.
Great practice. I am lucky it’s just 10 minutes walk from my home. Doctors are quite reassuring and the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I have been going there regular for me and my baby as well.
Always friendly staff and doctors. Dr Priya is great and helpful. Sometimes a wait, but that's all medical centres. Just have to be patient.
Didn't give me the right medicine. luckily went to my main doctor and he told me you were wrong. Bad doctor
