If I could give this salon — especially Tonya Dawn Berry — zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience here was beyond disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the entire interaction was rude and unprofessional. I had made an appointment in advance, but when I showed up, they acted like it never existed. I ended up waiting over an hour and a half past my scheduled time. When I was finally seen, I did not get what I asked for.
