Doctor is good but receptionist is not up to standard
Some front desk staff is impatient and indifferent, as if they are owed money. In addition, some doctors are not good enough.
I have a great experience in HK dental today. Clean environment, friendly team members, and special thanks to Dr Zhang. She is knowledgeable and able to provide me good advice for further dental needs!

The doctors and the receptionist at the clinic are amazing people. They made sure I was properly taken care of and helped navigate the best options for me and my financial situation. I came in feeling ill from heat exhaustion and they kindly attended to me, brining me water and an ice pack. They kept checking in on me and made sure I was okay and managing well. One of the hygienist there was super nice. I didn’t get her name but she really caring and scolded me to take better take of myself.
