Used them a few years back. I had a lot of issues. Admittedly it was the subcontractor's fault mostly. Now that I'm trying to get a warranty issue fixed it's suddenly impossible to communicate with them

I did a roofing project in the fall of 2021 with HK Contractors through the FL P.A.C.E program. Less than two years later, the roof is leaking and they are nowhere to be found. The finance company who funded the project advised they have terminated the contract with HK due to their misconduct and no county or state agency seems to have a remedy option available.

They charged me $ 2,700 for a small area roof repair. The job was not done properly. I went on the roof and saw that they didn’t replaced the few broken tiles. When I called them could not find a right answer. Terrible service.

What an unprofessional company this is. Spent a large amount of money to change all the windows, sliding doors, and front door and had problems with the locks of one of the sliding doors since the first day they installed it. I called and made a claim, the same people that installed it came and checked the problem. They told me they were going to order a part for the locks and never heard from them again. 2 months had passed since that day so I called again and suddenly I’ve got the wrong number.
