This is one of, if not THE WORST companies I've ever dealt with. Landlord contracted them to do a demo/repair of a 2 story enclosed deck. Permit was required for them to remove the electrical in those space; they were not pulled and electrical wires have been exposed to the elements for over 2 weeks now. They came to repair drywall which was ok but the paint job was sloppy and when I asked for them to fix the drip marks throughout the workers got upset, yelled at me for saying something and just left,flipping me off speaking in Spanish. BAD Customer service translates no matter the language barriers.
EXTREMELY poor workmanship! They came to our home today to resurface a bathtub. When I return home from work to look at the tub, there are numerous marks in the bottom of the tub as if something was dropped into the tub when the paint/finish was still wet. It’s impossible that the technician did not see this before he left our home. UPDATE: The technician immediately came back the following day and completely re-sprayed the bathtub. The work was much better.
First, they were scheduled to come last Thursday morning. Nobody came, and nobody called. After I called them 3 times with no idea where they were, I was told the workers had an accident. The workers told my husband that wasn’t true, they were never scheduled to come out. Then, they finally get her Monday afternoon, but only remove the flooring. My deck is open in the back.
