After meeting with them in person to plan an important cleaning I was depending on them for, they cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the appointment. Picture of their correspondence included. Extremely inconsiderate to not at least give me an earlier warning so I could have more time to hire someone else. There is no excuse for this. Based on other reviews it looks like this is a habit of theirs.

Don't waste your time. They don't show up for confirmed appointments.
Great company they do an awesome job every week on my home. I left molly maid and now wish i would have found these guys sooner.If you want a great cleaning service at a better price than big companies call them
I Love them H&K all ways gets my home so clean. They are very nice and gets the job done!!!! my family loves them.
