Hired this company to replace our roof, and within just two months we noticed leaks in multiple spots. When we contacted them, they were slow to respond and tried to blame it on unrelated issues. Now we’re stuck hiring someone else to fix their mess. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
They quoted us one price and then hit us with hidden fees mid-project. On top of that, the work was rushed and sloppy. Shingles are already lifting, and cleanup was terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Total waste of money.
The contractor promised to finish the job in 5 days but dragged it out for nearly three weeks. No clear updates, and calls were often ignored. The crew also left debris all over my yard. I expected better service and respect for my time.
Not only did they do a subpar roofing job, but they also damaged my gutters and a garden bed without even telling me. When I confronted them, they denied everything. Absolutely zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
They gave me one quote before starting and then added unexpected charges halfway through the job. On top of that, they left nails and debris all over my lawn and driveway — I ended up with a flat tire because of it. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
