I would never recommend her for any deal. In 2005 I bought a house through her. I was new in this Country and had no idea what I was doing. Last year we decided to move and buy another house. We decided to use her as our buyers agent. The biggest mistake we made by selecting her as our buyer's agent. We lost ATLEAST 4 properties just because she was asking for 3% buyers agent commission instead of the 2% provided by the sellers. I lost beautiful houses ranging in 250 K range.
