We had such a great experience renting from HJL for 2 years in Donelson. They are a family run company, and in a world of crappy landlords and money hungry developers, HJL absolutely found the balance between being good humans and running a solid business, while maintaining the charm and community of Donelson. We had a few regular maintenance issues as with any house, and they were always quick to respond, send someone out and resolve the issue. Whoever owns this is a horrible human. They tow you but without adequate signage. Then you lose your car completely! I get a letter a week later with a bill for more than what the car is even worth! What about that makes sense??? I had to talk to the business owners who even complained about whoever the “old lady” is that does this all the time to people. It’s just sick.
