Great to work with and very professional. They created a custom staircase out of reclaimed Douglas Fir for us that was the central focus of our new home. Could not be happier with the entire experience
Adam and his team were fantastic! They did an excellent job and our red oak stairs were installed to perfection by our move in date. We love them and get compliments from every person who comes into our home. We have and will definitely continue to recommend them!
I have purchased several sets of stairs from Adam over the years. They are are always well built as designed, and ready on time. Adam is always quick to provide a reasonable quote, and easy to contact when needed. He and his crew are professional, and always respectful and helpful.
This company was hired through another contractor. They capped our stairs which resulted in a 2” height difference from the bottom to the top. I brought up my concerns immediately, and it took these guys 8 months to come back and fix it. I asked them to get a permit to ensure it was done correctly and that took him 2 months just to apply for it, then didn’t submit all the necessary info, holding up the permit even longer.
