I missed one appointment because I was called into work on a night shift. Whoever answered swore at me and told me how inconvenient it was to cancel....Don't I know that!!! Sorry that being a nurse and saving lives is not important to you, I wish I had a 9-5 job too. Called to re-schedule and was told that if I cancelled again that I would be dismissed from the practice...Ok, I will dismiss myself from the practice. Dr. Hixenbaugh himself was nice enough, I would recommend getting new office staff.
