Very disappointing that a local company has no ability to make a good judgement call on their customers. We ATTEMPTED to rent a piece of equipment from them. We had it ON A JOB SITE & the equipment never would run properly. We brought the faulty equipment back within the hour of pick up AND WAS CHARGED HALF A DAY RENTAL. No “I’m so sorry you weren’t able to do the job you scheduled to do. How can we help.” Just a bill. I thought local companies would try to help their patrons.
