Jacobs gave us the information we needed to make the necessary repairs and did it in a very kind, professional, and intelligent manner. It would bring me great pleasure to have him represent my business. Apologies for missing his name, but his helper was identical in every way. They truly were the ideal squad. The team at my residence is efficient, neat, kind, and respectful. They were so silent you could almost forget they were there. They were well informed about their line of work and took their time explaining how to use my new water heater. They left my place spotless and finished the task when they promised to.
These men were the epitome of professionalism; Jacobs and his partner executed the task efficiently and promptly, kept me updated at every stage, and were always on time. My plumbing difficulties were resolved, and what's even better is that the Valley Plumbing team gave me insight into the problems before they started, which gave me more faith that they could resolve them. I would suggest getting in touch with these individuals if you need your appliances mended; they are quite good.
