I wouldn’t trust a company that has racists working for them in my home or building. Customers of color, should be very cautious.

This company has low diagnostic skills. They troubleshoot by replacing parts until they find the problem. In the last 9 months, they have been to my house 16 times for $1900 and the problem still exists. They are refusing to make it right after I said I wasn't paying in more. They would like for me to spend over $600 more on the latest issues. The system is only 5 years old. I've been in Cleveland 21 years and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not use!
