I reached out to Laura for advice on my daughter's hip injury; it was getting re-injured and I felt she needed some deep, specific muscle work. She immediately put me in touch with BJ. After the three decades I’ve been in construction I have accumulated certain injuries that I didn’t think I could ever get back to 100%. Thinking that I would have to just change my perspective on my health I got recommended to Bj. I would have to admit at first I was a huge skeptic. I have been working with Dr. BJ for knee pain and his care has significantly improved my knee function. I really appreciate that he tailors his approach, the exercises, and the amount to your lifestyle so that it is manageable for your unique needs. He also is happy to branch out - I have had appointments where another pain has been bothering me more than my knee, and we take the time to focus on that instead.
