Absolutely fantastic experience going to Dr. Nash for a couple months to address a lower back injury. Super personable provider with great bedside manner and expertise. Highly recommend him and his practice! He has helped to provide me the treatments and tools I need going forward, to not only rehab my injury, but mitigate re-injury in the future.

I originally sought out BJ's help because my wrists were tingling and I thought I was developing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. BJ assessed me, and taught me several exercises that helped make the tingling go away all together. Then we pivoted to my ankle flexibility (or lack thereof) and he taught me more exercises to help with that. I learned a lot about my body, and BJ was an excellent guide on that tour. 10/10 would recommend.
