We had one of the properties booked for 5 months and 4 weeks before our arrival they canceled us! The owners were rude, condescending, and unhelpful! Stay at Motel 6 over any of the Hive Properties!
HORRIBLE company. They take forever to fix things—or never do. I strongly suggest NOT renting anything under their management. My child has asthma, and they won’t even fix their moldy dryer or the dirty washer left by the previous tenant. It’s been MONTHS. They don’t care about customer service at all!
The worst property manager I've ever had. If you need something repaired, they will take weeks or sometimes months. Emails will go unanswered despite multiple attempts. Calls will get screened (they won't pick up if they recognize your number, if you call with a different number all the sudden they'll pick up). If your landlord uses them you should think twice about renting the unit.
If you're thinking about applying here, you might want to reconsider. The owner tends to put a lot of pressure on employees, with low pay, no benefits, and little tolerance for taking sick days. There’s also been a pattern of withholding wages and asking staff to make some questionable deductions from tenants' security deposits. Very bad company. I requested walk through. They don’t do it. They charged ridiculous fees. My deposit is $8600, they only return $800!!!Anyone see apt management by Hive, pls walk away, almost impossible to get deposit back
