RecommendedMy wife and I recently visited Hive during a trip to Buffalo. We took Shane’s WOD class and loved it. He is knowledgeable, motivating, amicable, and creates a great program that was super intense but was easily modified for beginners. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the equipment is plentiful and of very high quality. Highly recommended.
