I had such a wonderful experience here, I've never felt so safe and comfortable getting help before. I came in to get STI/D testing to update my health status, I'm not from NJ or insured so it was very tough finding somewhere to go for this. Setting up the appointment was so smooth over the phone I felt completely at ease. It's important to be healthy. There is no stigma. These people are professional, knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend.
The staff are above and beyond in their bedside manner and the follow up care is impeccable. It’s hard to find healthcare professionals who can genuinely show compassion so I’m grateful there are still people who love the work they do.
Beginning with the staff who took care of me on the phone, all the way through the entire appointment, I can say with certainty that this is the most cared for I have EVER felt at a healthcare facility. This is a very safe atmosphere, and the healthcare professional who took care of me was sincere and knowledgeable. Thank you for making such a difference!
