The clinic is a great place, lots of resources, a fabulous in office counselor, case workers that are supportive and kind. However, Dr. Paul Denaldon (spelling?) can be a bit rude. Interrupting me while I explain symptoms, saying "ooooo, mmmhmm, I see" WHILE I am talking.... I've also noticed from my time being there that he pushes pills.... For things that can be managed with meal changes, exercise, and being mindful.

No, with this bullet list as to why. * Case managers who believe effort outside of being polite is unnecessary. * Referrals that take a minimum of 3 weeks just to get sent to the referrals office. * No housing options pursued by anyone in the office. * They believe that subsidies are non existent and will not assist in procuring. * Postponement on everything, from procedures on up to support systems. * Case managers that believe they can chat for an hour and then possibly get to a few pages of paperwork. * Division manager w... read more
