Not happy at all. Movers backed into our home and then as stuff was being moved in we had several items damaged. Owner (Gene i think is his name) sent someone out to get quote on fixing damaged items but we could never get in contact with them after that. They did have someone come out and halfway fix house but it was not the greatest job done. Since then we tried to contact owners again via email and phone but haven’t heard from them
These guys worked so hard, couldn't have made the move from Texas to Nebraska without them!
I recently used Hitzfelder Moving and they did an amazing job! I had 3 storage units Full and they got everything in 1 trip! I was completely amazed how professional and orderly the crew was! Wonderful! I highly recommend!!! �
was at 711 and the precession for the fallen san marcos police officer was going on two hispanic men that work for this company said very casually now would be the time to go and do something in san marcos cause there’s no cops like who the hell says something like that i’m sorry but after reading the reviews this is not a trusted company they have criminals working for them
I recently used Hitzfelder Moving and my daughter and I noticed after a few days that several items that we both saw the movers put in the trailer never made it into my house. I immediately called the owner, and he assured me he would talk to his moving crew and call me back. Never happened. I cannot recommend Hitzfelder Moving unless you like having your belongings stolen and being lied to! Terrible customer service!
Thank you, Hitzfelder Moving, for your hard work and effort in our move. Royd and his crew were exceptional. Never complained once, 100+ degree weather, three flights of stairs, so polite, great manners, very patient. Will definitely be using them again.
