They cleaned and fix up my fireplace for a small cost ,came back when it didn't work right fixed it right up was their mistake at no cost very respectful and nice
I bought a pellet stove for 6000 dollars and a pallet of their pellets to make sure I had good pellets with the expectations of having a good stove. We started using the stove and it didn't work right so we had Hitzers come out to see what was wrong. The stove wouldn't put out much heat, it just blew air.
