Owner Micah Hittinger showed up to bid a job and he did. Promised it would be done within two weeks. It wasn't. My following texts and voicemails were ignored. Caught him on the phone after 3 weeks and he promised that his people were coming. They were not. Nobody showed up. There were weather problems and he had personnel problems, but I caught him on the phone at the four week point to see if a day could be assigned, and he had a temper tantrum saying, "My job means nothing to him because he has far wealthier clients." Micah also does lawn equipment repair. My 22-year-old zero-turn Toro had a bad oil leak. I told Micah to treat my mower as if it were his own and fix anything else that needed attention. I could hardly recognize it when he returned it, it was so clean! I hesitate to use it now and get it dirty again (and the price of repair was very reasonable). No return call no show..
Great lawn mowing service. They now, edge and clean and they do it quickly. Last service would always leave grass clippings in the pool and all over the walks but these guys do a great job of keeping it cleared away. They also have a pay online service which is convenient
