Amazing studio to train at! The classes are high energy and fun, and the amenities (sauna, cold, plunge, cold shower) are great! If you're in the area, it is definitely worth checking out this gym!

I've gone to this gym about 8 times so far, and it is becoming one of my favorite workouts to do! I live in Dublin, so this Pleasanton gym is a short drive from me and provides the butt kicking workout I like - focused on strength (each day is a different body part) and a little bit of cardio for good measure. I've had about 3 different instructors, but Paul has been the main one I've worked out with, although they have all been just as excellent!
