I've gone to this gym about 8 times so far, and it is becoming one of my favorite workouts to do! I live in Dublin, so this Pleasanton gym is a short drive from me and provides the butt kicking workout I like - focused on strength (each day is a different body part) and a little bit of cardio for good measure. I've had about 3 different instructors, but Paul has been the main one I've worked out with, although they have all been just as excellent! Monday - Friday Morning - Can't miss it! Great variety of weight resistance and cardio training and the coaches really challenge you. Love this Gym!!!
