Truly appreciative for professional, courteous and an on time accommodation! I needed to get to DC for an MLK Day breakfast. While I usually take the train, the impending inclement weather was a real concern. However, it was not a concern for Hitouch! I received a quick confirmation, an early arrival, the best snacks and a peaceful trip! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband and I used Hi Touch luxury Charters to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. We had an awesome time. Everything was planned and executed. From the snacks in the vehicle to the restaurant and winery choices. The service was friendly and prompt and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thinking of making this an annual event. Will definitely be using them again!
We used this service for round trip transport for a birthday dinner party. Our driver was David. He was an excellent driver and he was very courteous. The car was clean and comfortable. I loved the personal touches. A couple days before we were asked about snack, beverages and music preferences which really enhanced the experience. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using their services again!!!!!
