I have used a number of times to fix broken phones, replace batteries, and save files from crashed computer. Super talented, always comes through, very reasonably priced. Knows more about fixing phones, tablets, and computers than tech-support at NCSSM or Harvard. One needs to be a little bit patient with communication. A great resource for Chapel Hill.

Had to get my iPhone 8 plus battery replaced. I found this location because it's very close to my home. From the very beginning the guy was very helpful and very responsive. I'm not going to lie though when my phone is repaired something wasn't quite perfect and the home button didn't work. I called them up and he drove to my location pick up the phone took it back to his shop and fixed it and brought it back to me. Arrived to their door at 11:30am to see a sign that says “Come in we’re OPEN” and their hours of 11-7 posted. I could hear people talking behind the door. I tried to turn the handle, but it was locked. I knocked. No response. Called the number posted on their door. No response. Knocked again. No response. But I could still hear people talking behind the door. Total waste of time.
