Not even one star! I waited a full day for the technician to come who was supposed to be there from 10-1:00, and he did not.come. I was then told he would be there at 3:30. He did not arrive. I was then told it would be between noon and 2:00 p.m. the next day. He did not show up and every time I called the time was pushed to a later hour. Plus, I had to do all the calling. Nobody from the company bothered to call about delays. Unacceptable!
