I was very unsatisfied the first time I called to make an appointment. I was told they couldn't get me in for 9 days, with a doctor/PA I had never seen before. When I called 3 days later and spoke to another person, I was able to get in to see Marissa jus 2 days later. The first person told me to go to the emergency room or an urgent care place if I really needed attention. I found this unsatisfactory.
Marissa Hite is a great FNP. She takes the time to listen to any medical issues that you have. During your appointment she isnt in a rush, answers the questions you have and wants to make sure you have a good understanding of any medical issues may have.
I appreciate Marissa's candor and her desire to find the treatment that works best for her patient. She listens and encourages trying treatment options to narrow down the best path forward.
