Single incompetent individual running the store. Takes his sweet time to assist the four customers waiting for uhauls. Couldn't figure out how to use his computer so demanded we provide him information we did not have. He had our information, but wanted us to get a receipt number. Finally as soon as I find the correct number and start to give it to him he found out he didn't need it. He then tells us he is open until 7PM and could drop the uhaul off.
