A couple of weeks ago, I went to the hitching Post to purchase a Swing playset. Mike was very helpful and helping me find the perfect one for our space. The install were fully booked, but Mike was very kind as I requested that I had grandkids coming in a couple weeks if the install could possibly happen before then, and Mike said he could make that happen. Apparently these people are unlicensed (by State and Palm Beach County Contractor searches conducted)
Steer clear! Weeks turned into months with no communication unless we stopped by. Product was half completed when payment in full was demanded. After fighting with Mike (and receiving 7 calls in one day!), we finally told him to just drop it in the front yard and we would hire a more professional company to finish it. We feel robbed for paying for a job half done (and done poorly at that), but its better than continuing to work with them. Run away and fast!
All I have to say is if you are turned of by the attitude you get while at the store, just wait until they are installing at your house. Even worse, try and deal with this company after they have been paid. I have never had such a bad experience in my life.
