I recently had a referral to this doctor and was told that Dr Hitchcock does not accept my insurance. This was contrary to what my provider contract showed. A Sr Rep from my insurance company called Dr Hitchcock's office to clarify the contract, and the staff member refused to get the contract details from the agent, yelled at her and hung up on her. After that, I realized this was not the best dr for me anyway. A dr's office staff are the face of the business and this is not how I want to be treated.
