I think Dr. JAMES HITCHCOCK IS A GREAT DR.
I never had any issues going there. My doctor is awesome because he provides ASL interpreter for me on every visit which is a Bonus! He's very easy to talk with and gives awesome tips.
Terrible office with uncaring staff. I highly recommend new patients to stay clear of this establishment, and this is evident by dwindling reviews. Unprofessional front desk staff charged $10 for work inventive documents after being very confused about it, despite this being a standard request. Appointment quality is also down with Drs attention not there. Changing offices now and should have done this sooner.
This review is referring to the office where this doctor works. Apparently this office doesn't believe that optometrists are capable of treating or diagnosing ocular disease. This office would not give my patient with severe glaucoma a referral to see me because I'm not an ophthalmologist and it inconveniences them even though optometrist have been treating these conditions and getting paid by medical insurance for many years.
