Several people from other companies had looked at it and incorrectly diagnosed the issue, but Elbert figured it out! He also made time to talk with me about our warranty company and the best choice for us. He gave me a business card and confirmed my email address so he could send me all the information I needed. He even set up an appointment for someone to go over finances for a new unit with us the same day... read more
