Stanley Martin at Hitchcock Crossings is the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced. They will say one thing, but do the complete opposite. They have raised the base cost on the model home I signed for by $15,000 and are now offering to return my deposit rather than fix their poor service. It seems a little like they are trying to get me to cancel so they can re-list the property at the new higher cost. Just the latest example of how little they care about the customer and how much they focus on profit.
