Kat Hitchcock and her fabulous team were outstanding. They are the best in the business, hands down. They helped us purchase a home in Santa Barbara and remained calm and collected throughout the entire process. We had a contingency associated with selling our condo as part of the purchase which put another layer of stress on our escrow process but they handled it with ease. Kat, Kylie, and Kara exceeded our expectations when we needed a property sold. The property needed some love and the team was on top of it when it came to repairs, remodeling, and selling the property. They were extremely responsive, even when the water heater leaked in the middle of the night on a weekend!
