Dropped in today, 6 years ago since I last reviewed. Exactly the same service, or lack thereof... older woman, sandwich in mouth, ignored me. Had to laugh. Some things never change

Called to see if I could get my company vehicle in, expecting to have to wait for parts since it's not a vehicle that hitches are put on normally (RAV4) Not only did they have the parts I needed, they got me in for same day service. Extremely fair price, fantastic customer service. Will definitely recommend and return for any future business needs. Thanks so much for being awesome!
Brought in a repair and within 1 week it broke, and they also installed it wrong which damaged the components and when they went to fix it feom there install error they charged us to fix it. Still not working right. Jim is a pleasant guy but the services and knowledge of installers is very poor.
Vanessa is absolutely amazing. I needed a brake control module and 7 pin electrical plug installed in my vehicle. She made my life so simple and managed to get me in the same day. I highly recommend Hitch Warehouse!
