Brought in a repair and within 1 week it broke, and they also installed it wrong which damaged the components and when they went to fix it feom there install error they charged us to fix it. Still not working right. Jim is a pleasant guy but the services and knowledge of installers is very poor.
Vanessa is absolutely amazing. I needed a brake control module and 7 pin electrical plug installed in my vehicle. She made my life so simple and managed to get me in the same day. I highly recommend Hitch Warehouse!

Extremely friendly. Have all the parts I was looking for. Very helpful and fast fixing trailer hitch problems.
Very helpful. Our coupler for the trailer broke off and They were the only ones in the city who had the repair kit. They even torqued our hitch ball properly with no charge.
