This is far by the worst RV service department we have encountered. We bout brand new coachman March 2023. Took it in for list of warranty work November 2nd Just picked up today. The floor had been ripped by screw each ti.e slide went in and out. They painted the floor and left rough edges where torn. It looks horrible for new trailer. It is not going to wear well and the painted floor looks ridiculous. All the fours and fives on here… That’s simply because you haven’t met their service department yet. Once you buy a camper from them, you no longer exist. In fact they get quite nasty and try to make it look like you’re the bad guy. They told me to remove my camper from their property a couple of days ago but prior to that they told me it’s not safe to put on the road.
