Terrible business, do not order from this company! 6-months ago I placed my order and after 3-weeks of waiting I finally got the ball rolling but only after a week of trying to get through to them. Turns out they sent me the wrong hitch, its not what I ordered, and now I can't get through to them after over 2-months of calling and emailing... no answer, no returned calls or emails, nothing. I wouldn't be surprised if they are out of business or just closed up shop.
TERRIBLE service - do NOT ORDER. I ordered a hitch and bike rack on the 18th, I received an e-mail saying that it shipped on the 20th and to expect it on the 25th. Today's the 25th - what do I find out? IT JUST LEFT THE WAREHOUSE 2 HOURS AGO. Customer service can't/won't do anything either - if I'm going to get my item TWO weeks after I ordered it I would've never ordered it from you (and telling me it shipped when it didn't?)! I'm tempted to send back the package and file a dispute with my credit card at this point.
They have 4 different numbers and not a single one is EVER answered! They said orders are processed in 48 hours, I ordered mine on a Wednesday and they said it would ship next Tuesday. I think I have tried calling at least 50 times trying to get ahold of someone to cancel my order! Worst shell of a business around!! Dont ever ever buy from them. All the real reviews are terrible and you will be let down going with this cheap business!
Found Hitch Anything as the lowest priced for my Dodge Caravan hitch on the internet. Without much thought I placed the order. They indicated shipping normally within 48 hours to be delivered within seven days. Was I ever surprised when it arrived in four days. Installation was as quick and easy as the instructions indicated. I'm extremely happy with this transaction.
