Run away! Do not send them any money. They will charge your card immediately and make excuses for months saying they will send the product the following week over and over. This went on for 5 months before I had to get the credit card co. involved. They will not answer their phone as it is always off the hook, do not waste your time!

They were quick to answer my email requesting parts and immediately charged $261 to my Credit Card however they never shipped me any parts. I've waited (10) weeks and I've sent multiple e-mails with only (1) phone call returned assuring me that my parts would be shipped by the end of the week. That was (6) weeks ago. Still no parts. I've sent several more e-mails requesting either my parts or my credit card refunded. They won't respond to e-mails. They won't answer the phone. They won't call me back. I ordered parts by phone 3 months ago they charged my credit card the same day. I never received parts. I faxed them, tried to call them, left messages, e-mailed them and never got a response. how can these people be in business? I want to cancel my order and get A refund but if you can't contact them it don't look good.
