My wife & I are 15yr+ CrossFitters from NY & were staying with some friends nearby. We dropped in @ HIT Fitness Warehouse 2x & had a great time. It's a well stocked & laid out facility, Carolina our coach was super friendly, attentive & generous, & the programming was fun, challenging & well thought out. Great vibes! I’ve been coming here for around a year on ClassPass and it is the best place to workout! Everyone is so friendly and kind and the instructors really care about you. They are great with correcting form! The instructors want you to be the best you can be physically and mentally! HitFit is the best - highly recommend! Stop in it truly is a hidden gem
I found the HIT Fitness Warehouse through a Google search, got in contact with the team which helped me to answer my questions and started to join the classes! Honestly, the training concept is unique and so much fun. The coaches are very well educated and help you with the technique. As I have previous injuries, this was especially helpful as we found great adjustments. Carolina and Kevin ensure a fun training experience focussing on getting stronger and having fun while doing so, I can only recommend!
This place is awesome! I joined this gym during a several week trip to Fort Lauderdale and immediately felt at home. This gym is anything but anonymous as the workout groups welcome you warmly and support you wherever they can. A huge thank you to the coaches Kevin and Carolina for making the stay so special and for the non-stop motivation to get your body in shape.
