I love the small group classes, it is like having a personal trainer because of the individualized tips the coaches give you to improve. Great variety and work outs!
Very well run box. The coach was Highly focused on technique to keep us safe and had fun in the process. Excellent experience to drop in from out of town and jealous I couldn’t come back often. CL
I was really interested in this place. From the positive reviews and their commitment to inclusion. But none of my many phone phone calls was answered. I got a text at some point and through a text thread that went on for about 2 hours I still didn’t get an answer to my simple question. I needed to know the approximate cost of membership before I take any steps to make sure it fits my budget. My last text was left unanswered. This is simply poor customer service.
Madison was consistent and helpful right from the start. I even got to have a one on one meeting with her to discuss my goals and current lifestyle and she helped me breakdown what program would work best for me and reassured me when I had hesitations. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for personal training, group classes, or wellness guidance!
