Susan & Alex did a great job. They were both very knowledgeable and kind. We moved from the east coast (MA) and they made the process easy. Our realtor was Taylor Essien from redfin and she was also amazing. Always have an agent. Most builders will pay their 3% and the realtor gives you so much value. When we were not able to make something she would step in for us and keep us updated and informed. She was such an incredible advocate for us, it was like she was buying the house for herself.
