I’ve been to this office twice in the same week at different times and days but there was never a sales rep there to speak with me to answer my questions and show houses. Just a bit frustrating as a live 45 min away and am hoping to buy in this neighborhood as a first time home buyer. Perhaps have more sales reps at your office? I’ve been waiting 30 min for someone to come back from showing homes to other buyers. I think I will consider a different builder all together for this reason. Not the best first impression.

Bought a new construction house from them back in July of 2024. My inspection report came with very few items, and 6 months in, I've submitted a handful of warranty claims. Solid builder nonetheless!
Beautiful model homes. Aaron was terrific.
Toured the Model Home a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with how well appointed everything was and how knowledgeable, friendly and professional the sales advisor was. Also thought the history timeline of the company in the sales office was a nice touch and very interesting!
