Solid builder and excellent customer service.
I’ve been to this office twice in the same week at different times and days but there was never a sales rep there to speak with me to answer my questions and show houses. Just a bit frustrating as a live 45 min away and am hoping to buy in this neighborhood as a first time home buyer. Perhaps have more sales reps at your office? I’ve been waiting 30 min for someone to come back from showing homes to other buyers. I think I will consider a different builder all together for this reason. Not the best first impression.

Bought a new construction house from them back in July of 2024. My inspection report came with very few items, and 6 months in, I've submitted a handful of warranty claims. Solid builder nonetheless!
