We were going to purchase a home here i wish i had put it in writing so all these people would not have all these problems We were out a thousand $ deposit lost that plus thousands! Absolutely agree you get more house for your money hut at what cost. We have had our home for 4 years and it's been tough. Throughout our neighborhood they are referred to Miserymaker. Do your research and get first hand recommendations from home owners and then do more research. Will never build/buy from again.
It was a pleasure stopping in to see the model home. Susan Washington was friendly, extremely helpful, and easy to work with. The model was beautiful and well made.
