My parents in law were tenants in this building for 13 years. My father in law passed away in January of 2018. My mother in law suffered from dementia. We spent a month cleaning out the apartment while caring for my mother in law. They only refunded a quarter of the safety deposit . When my husband questioned it the secretary in the office said there were cowbwebs . Wow ! Don’t bother cleaning your apartment it may not be worth it.
I moved here from Kentucky. The apartments are nice and very spacious. The staff is fairly responsive and reasonable when it comes to easy things. However, I did have a poor experience overall renting here. I moved back here from Kentucky, so I obviously relied on pictures and the word of the staff. I was originally told I could move in at the end of June, when it came within a week I called back and spoke with them again and was told I could not move in until early July.
