I'm very glad I stayed at this unique, charming property. It's more comfortable and more beautiful than any mainstream hotel, and the owner is kind, helpful, and responsive. The location is perfect - easy walking distance to downtown, surrounded by other beautiful homes from the same period. I will definitely stay again if I ever pass back through Sioux Falls.

This place is terrible. The screen door is falling off the front door. It is obvious that any monies is going into someone's pocket because there have been no improvements to the outside in years. The place doesn't look liveable. I would dare to spend an hour in this place.
The "hotel" works with door codes, but when the code does not work there is nobody to contact, the support-numbers are for wifi-service, booking agency and are voice-mail only... [Update] in the mean time the owner reacted to this review, and apologized in person. Which was very pleasant. However what the owner doesn't seem to get is that when operating an 'hotel' or 'b&b', one has to provide professional hospitality. Exquisite home!!! Beautifully decorated! Will stay again if in the area. Maybe fewer text messages regarding check out rules, but I get that some people require that. So Beautiful!! Thank you for making this available to the public to enjoy in this fashion.
