The Historic Route 66 is a quintessential example of mid-century modern architecture. The Hotel is a limited service inn, yet features a completely remodeled Espresso Bar for both both evening entertainment and, of course, morning coffee. Our goal is to provide clean, safe, and comfortable overnight accommodations - at a substantially lower nightly rate - for guests who wish to experience a little more atmosphere than a chain motel.

RecommendedIt was a unique and comfortable visit into the past. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. I would give it a high recommendation!
Decided to take a detour on “The Mother Road” and found myself at the Historic Route 66 Motel. Very clean and affordable room with double beds. Staff very friendly and accommodating. It was like taking a step back in time. I reminisced about how it must have been in its hay day.

This hotel is very simple.....very reasonably priced, very clean, vintage interior and yet clean. micro and fridge in the room... cable and internet. the only thing the room didnt have was plastic cups wrapped in plastic placed in a plastic ice bin...best room and location i've stayed in on these round trips along the I-40.

I always stay there on my motorcycle trips out west. I love the hospitality of the owners, the clean, nostalgic rooms, and they have excellent rates.
