It's a great place to spend an afternoon walking through the garden or learning new things from the staff. We had a great time with girl scouts learning about trees.
The Ghosts of Christmas Past tour was such spooky, festive fun! Cher was a fantastic guide, and our group loved the whole experience.
We loved going into the house. Our tour guide was Cameron and he was amazing!!! His passion for the history of the house and family made it an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend going if you have the chance to. It was by far my favorite of the plantation homes in the area!!!
Myself and a few of my girlfriends did the Historic Haunted tour tonight. The tour guides were very knowledgeable about the home and it's history. They allowed enough time during each part of the tour to answer questions and allow everyone to look around the rooms. I will for sure be booking one of the day tours so I can see the home in the daylight and get to see more!

Loved visiting the plantation home and experiencing the lifestyle of a well- to- do family in the 19th century in Charlotte. We had a with a terrific guide who told us many stories to relive that experience. The grounds are well-kept and serve as a beautiful backdrop for photos.
Wonderful experience. Ishmel was our guide and he was fabulous. He was so knowledgeable and we learned a lot from him. The grounds and gardens were beautiful as well. Highly recommend this tour.
