The foundation is set in a restored home and includes exhibits and videos of the area. There is a nice coffee inside the home. It is a very nice setting to get some more perspective on historic Pullman and this is also the starting point for tours of actual homes of historic Pullman. The staff or volunteers have lots of knowledge of the area and can be relied on to add that extra perspective, so it's not just a coffee shop or a restored home.
Pullman is a diverse neat little community. Many people from different backgrounds live and reside here: from artists, writers, architects, musicians, teachers, craftsman skilled contractors to motorcycle instructors it makes for place to visit or move to. The Pullman office, however, is where people go to get real work done. They roll up their sleeves, file paperwork, sharpen pencils with a crank sharpener, stamp, dot the i's and cross the t's.
